Each piece is made to order to help reduce excess inventory and unnecessary waste.
Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. Delivery estimates below begin after shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Estimated delivery after shipment:
- United States: 2–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over $150.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Carrier or customs delays, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery estimates.
If tracking says your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, email hello@wrongtimeline.co.
